Shipping Times
Orders received before 1pm will be processed and shipped out the next working day. For small orders in some instances we may process the same day.
Orders received after 1pm will be processed and shipped within 2 working days.
For products with a ship time of 5-7 days indicated on the product page, these will take 5-7 days to ship.
Please note that both of the above policies assume that all of your items are in stock and ready for dispatch. Where an item is not readily available we will contact you offer an alternative, an expected delivery (not guaranteed) or a full/partial refund on your order.
Bathrooms Direct are not responsible for courier delivery times, we will endeavour to keep you updated by providing you with a tracking link for your package(s).
Shipping Rates
Orders of €650 or more qualify for free shipping within Ireland
Orders below €650 are charged at a flat fee of €30 up to a maximum weight of 30kg. Orders over 30kg are charged at €65
