COVID-19 Information

At Bathrooms Direct we prioritise the well being and safety of both our customers and the delivery team. As such, we're committed to bringing you the most up to date information to ensure your delivery is as safe as possible for everyone concerned.

Q: When can I expect to receive my delivery?

A: We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days of your order shipping, times will depend on the size of your order and location of your delivery address. Please see our delivery information for further information regarding our delivery times.

  • Please note shipping times can range from 1-7 days, we will notify you once your order has been shipped or if your order will be shipped outside of these estimated timescales.

Q: Can I collect my order?

A: Yes, you can collect your orders from our Tralee showroom. However, please be aware we have introduced strict social distancing rules in order to keep both staff and customers safe;

  • Please ensure you have proof of purchase ready to show the team.
  • A member of the team will call you to arrange a pick up timeslot. Please do not arrive until you have had your timeslot confirmed.

Please be aware all products are housed in a separate off-site warehouse and as such we will contact you when your items are ready for collection.

Q: Can I still return items?

A: Yes, our warehouse is still operating and we're still processing returns.

Q: Are your showrooms still open?

A: Our showrooms have now reopened. Please be aware we are continuing to follow guidelines and as such a number of social distancing policies are in place.

Q: When should I book my bathroom installation?

A: If working with 3rd party tradespeople, we recommend that you do not confirm installation dates until your products are delivered, or until the courier has given you a guaranteed delivery date.
